SIOBHAN MORAN she/her

Meet Siobhan! She has a Bachelor of Kinesiology, not only does she love anatomy, she loves the combination of cardio, strength and flexibility Barre classes offer. She’s never afraid to make fun of herself and has a passion for connecting with others!

CAROLYN SHAW
she/her

Carolyn’s classes are lively, accessible to all levels, and usually peppered with optional arm balances, inversions, breath work and music. She incorporates traditional teachings with modern knowledge of body movement. She invites her students to challenge and explore themselves both mentally and physically and encourages curiosity and spontaneity throughout practice.

BROOK WEBER

Brook is a powerhouse, when she is outside of the studio you can find Brook running, hiking, or biking the trails, living her next adventure. Come see what Brook has to offer!

BRITANY BURR
she/her

Brit is a writer, barre teacher, former dancer, and lover of all things wellness. Brit loves nothing more than sharing energetic classes and chats with the studio's members. Join her for a class!

EIRA PALME
she/her

Expect a fun practice from Eira where you can turn upside down, change your perspective and enjoy some good music and meditation. She hopes to encourage students to move beyond studying the various interesting shapes and attributes of the yoga practice and work towards stringing movement together with the breath. Taking what lessons are learnt on the mat into everyday life.

MICHELLE BRAZIER she/her

Michelle thrives in the mountains, specifically while climbing up them and skiing down them. You can find Michelle teaching flow-based classes that are the perfect combination to an active outdoor lifestyle.

EMILY SUDERMANN she/her

Emily is a certified Barre and Yoga instructor; she uses her athletic background to create challenging full body barre workouts and creative yoga classes designed for everyone and anyone. Emily loves mat work so be prepared to work your core and buns in every class!

KELSEY LUMMER
she/her

Kelsey loves to travel and is always searching out the next coffee spot. She has been practicing yoga for the past 10 years and is constantly humbled that it’s a lifetime process of stumbling and learning, and that it doesn’t have an ‘end goal’ that needs to someday be attained. One of Kelsey's favourite movies is How To Train Your Dragon and she believes curiosity in life is key to progress and joy.

JESS YOUNG
she/her

Jess is a curious, bright and passionate yogi of the Bow Valley.

A Vancouver Island native, with a love for turning new corners and exploring the world. Jess believes in the healing powers of connecting breath to movement, and has a love for helping others to find and reveal their purpose. Besides yoga and travel; music, creative cuisine and the ocean are the way to Jess’ heart.
