Cancellation, No-Show & Late Policy
Cancellation Policy
Early Cancellation: All clients can cancel their booking with a full credit issued automatically through Momence up to 4 hours before the start of the class they are registered for. If the client purchased without a membership or class pack, Momence will automatically issue credit on their account of equal value to be used towards their next class.
Late Cancellation: If a client cancels within 4 hours of the start of the class they are registered for, it will be recorded as a “late cancellation”. On the 3rd occurrence, within the renewal period for auto-renew members or within the last 30 days for non-auto-renew members, they will be charged $10 per-instance going forward
Late Arrival Policy
Our instructors aim to begin class on time each and every class to honour the clients who have arrived on time and to ensure that everyone gets the full value of their class and that the overall studio schedule runs on time. We also need to ensure the security of our merchandise and studio space while the team is fully engaged in delivering our classes. Because of this, we will lock the door to the studio at the start time of the class according to the times listed on the posted schedule on Momence. If you arrive after the door is locked, we do not guarantee any refund and will defer to our no-show policy in these instances.
No-Show Policy
If a client is not able to attend a class and does not cancel their booking before the class begins, it will be recorded as a “no-show”. Beginning on the 3rd occurrence, within their membership period for auto-renew members or within the last 30 days for non-auto-renew members, they will be charged $10 per-instance

BARRE CLASSES
Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches.
Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements.

BUNS BUNS BUNS
This lower body focused barre class will help strengthen joints and muscles, and effectively target your legs and core. We will start with centre
warm-up and cardio blast after that it’s all in the legs! Exercises throughout class will be completed at the barre and on the floor. Be prepared to feel that burn!
UPPER BODY SWEAT
This class focuses on creating stamina in the body. We move through a full body workout using light hand weights to target the upper body and challenge your balance. Exercises are completed in the center, the floor and at the Barre. Be prepared to work your mind and body in this class!
FULL BODY BARRE
Exactly what it sounds like! A little arms, a little cardio, a little buns. Working our bodies and minds from head to toe!
HEARTBEAT
This class is full body and high energy! We start by properly warming up the body and move into Barre, center & floor work with cardio blasts. We always finish our HEARTBeat classes with a little core. Be prepared to sweat, work your entire body and get that heart-rate pumping!


BARRE BASICS
Perfect for those new to barre or looking to refine their technique, this dynamic class combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga for a full-body workout that tones and strengthens. Led by our expert instructors, you'll learn foundational barre exercises while improving posture, flexibility, and balance. No dance experience required—just a willingness to embrace the journey towards a healthier, happier you!


YOGA CLASSES
All of our yoga classes are designed for all levels, our teachers will always provide modifications for all types of practitioners. New to yoga, or experienced, we have something for you!

SWEAT & RESEST
Our "Sweat and Reset" yoga class, is where you'll work up a sweat with energizing poses and movements, followed by a calming session to reset your mind and body.
Feel the heat as you challenge yourself physically, then unwind and relax as we guide you through gentle stretches and meditation.
Leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to take on whatever comes your way.
SNOW FLOW
A dynamic and balanced yoga class designed to prepare your body, mind and balance for the winter season. All levels welcom!
MINDBODY FLOW

Mind Body Flow is a mixed levels flow class that focuses on combining movement with breath in order to create a sustainable mind-body connection. The class will begin with centering, and will transition into a fluid and steady flow. Mindfulness will be a continuous theme throughout the practice, in order to move beyond the asana (physical) practice. All levels welcome!
YIN YOGA
​
During Yin we will get deep into releasing the connective tissues of the body while calming the nervous system. This class is a beautiful way to balance an active lifestyle and explore mindfulness. Great for injury prevention, finding relaxation, and self care. There is no better way to end the day, suitable for all levels.
